We are seeking a commercially driven, execution-focused Head of Sales to architect, build, and lead a high-performance sales function across multiple verticals. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in growth environments, takes ownership of revenue, and knows how to build structured, scalable sales systems from the ground up.
This role is focused on building a high-performance sales function from the ground up — designed to scale, drive revenue, and support long-term growth across property, investment, and hospitality verticals. The first 12 months centre on doubling revenue, establishing robust acquisition funnels, and leading a disciplined, results-driven team capable of closing high-value deals across UK and international markets.
1. Sales Infrastructure & Strategy
Design and implement a scalable sales architecture, creating structured pipelines across acquisitions, investor capital, hospitality, and partnerships.
2. Revenue Growth
Drive monthly revenue from £15k to £30k+ within 6 months through consistent deal flow and conversion optimisation.
3. Deal Execution
Lead and personally close high-value property, investment, and joint venture deals where required.
4. Market Expansion
Support growth across UK and international markets, including serviced accommodation, off-plan developments, and portfolio acquisitions.
5. Investor Acquisition
Build and execute funnels to attract and convert high-net-worth and institutional investors into committed capital.
6. Team Building
Recruit, train, and lead a sales team of 8–12, structured for performance and scalability.
7. Performance Culture
Establish clear KPIs, accountability frameworks, and a disciplined, high-output sales environment.
8. Systems & Forecasting
Implement CRM systems, reporting structures, and forecasting models to track performance and guide strategic decisions.
We are not looking for corporate comfort. We are looking for commercial firepower.
Essential Experience:
— 5+ years in property, investment, or high-ticket sales
— Proven track record of revenue generation
— Experience building or scaling sales teams
— Comfortable closing £100k–£10m transactions
— Strong negotiation and deal structuring ability
— Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability
